Honda Cars India Ltd. — Bogus car service provided with broken front bumper..... | |||||
Hi, My car is Honda Amaze and number is Gj27 Ah 5281. I called honda landmark to pick my car for service on 19th oct 2016. They picked my car from my house and same day they returned it with broken front bumper. As my front bumber had some scratch but it was nit broken. I called landmark honda service centre, Isanpur, Ahmedabad but they are blaming on me instead of get it repaired. They are not accepting their fault and arguing with me. I told them to check your service centre camera as car bumper was not broken when given to service centre. But they are not checking camera and not replying me. I kept calling them since morning but these ridiculous landmark honda people are not interested to investigate who broke the bumper. Landmark honda is providing fake service as i belived today. I paid lot money and gave me broken bumper. I will cost me more because of this fraud people. Here i am giving number who did all this from landmark honda staff. 1). Jayesh thakor[protected]car pick up driver). 2)Jay patel[protected]Staff) 3). Parul[protected]Staff) These all fraud guys are not interested in solving problem of customer.
