This is with reference to the repair and insurance claim. Kindly note that the final invoice amount for invoice issued to me was Rs. 33279, while that issued to the Insurance Company was Rs 31013.20. You may kindly notice that there is a discrepancy on the amount issued for the repair work undertaken and this difference is Rs. 2266. This should not have been the case. Despite my repeated enquiry with the dealer-cum-service provider, I have received no response. This only adds to my suspicion of wrong doing, and such careless approach is not expected from the dealers of Honda. Kindly look into and address.
