Honda Cars India Ltd. — Defective Car Tyres on Honda City

I bought a honda city SVMT Idtec from infinity honda, vipul trade center, sohna road gurgaon last week, 15th June 2015. One of the rear tyres is defective. There was a puncture and the tyre is developing an irregular bulge in that area. It cannot be used without risk. The dealership is dismissing the claim saying the car is driven in a puncture. I am not an to do that. As soon as the puncture was discovered, i replaced the tyre with the spare one. It would have run around 100 m in the process but a brand new tyre cannot go bad in such a small distance. This is sheer poor quality of the tyre! This is a week old car! It puts a question mark on honda quality and reliability!
