Honda Cars India Ltd. — Denying necessary accessory to enhance the variant facilities | |||
Sirs, I am a buyer of Honda Mobilio SMT variant bearing Chasis No.MAKDD575GEN000389 & Engine No.N15A11302176 and took delivery on 14/08/2014 from VISION MOTORS P LIMITED, KOTTAYAM. I booked the vehicle on 1st of July when the official booking started. Till the date of launch, i.e, on 25/07/20154 no customer was given any variant details, facilities available in each variant and price of each variants. The guess work of various famous Auto Consultants and your advertisements, were giving only vauge idea of variants and prices and were all comparing with mainly that of Ertiga. When we got the price list on 25/07/2014 with details of variants and its features, I selected SMT knowingly what all features that variant has, according to my affordable price which is more than Rs, 72000/- than that of the TOP VARAINT of ERTIGA, ZDI. I was about to purchase the ERTIGA -ZDI in the month of April 2014 and cancelled only on hearing the news of the launch of MOBILIO in JUNE 2014 with a competent price and features that the ERTIGA has and use to made google search to get more news on Mobilio and its images. . Now I found that the last row has very limited space and since the middle seat of SMT variant was made in such a way that it cannot be slided to give more space to the last row. Though a Car Manufacturer has its on liberty to fix the features of each variants in their vehicles they are producing, we canot expect a car manufacture like Honda Motors will take such a senseless decision compromising 'Structural Necessity' like the sliding advantage of the middle seat merely for cost reduction and on which Honda was proudly advertising before launch . Hence I have made complaint with the company to kindly look into the matter rectifying the referred anomaly in the future production providing the sliding facility to the middle seat of all Mobilio variants and provide the same to the existing customers atleast as an accessory on payment. Since this is the genuine lementing of a Genuine customer and reddressal of this complaint will give more meaning of the feed backs the company are taking from us after taking the delivery of the vehicle. Otherwise the back row of the vehicle can be used as only luggage carrier. Kindly look in to the matterreddress the problem in a practical way by providing the sliding facility is at least as accessory rather than giving a reply giving a usual message like system created.
