Honda Cars India Ltd. — Felt cheated | |||
Hello In month of January this year I was planning to buy Honda car. As I used to drive Honda all my life in Europe, I thought to carry on the same in India as now I am settling in India. In January different companies offer lucrative deals on car manufactured in 2015. I start contacting Honda dealers. Harmony Honda offered a specific price for Honda city petrol top model. Then sales man from Courtesy Honda contacted me and offered me a price. In my naivety I told him that I got better offer from Harmony Honda and I will buy from them. He was consistent and told me that he have lots of pressure on sales. And he wil try to get me better price, All I have to do is give him Rs. 5000 as booking. He start showing lots emotion and stress. I didnt knew that why he was insisting so much. He confirmed me if he didnt get me better deal from his boss he will give me money back immediately. He will get me money back as soon as I will tell him. I gave him money. Attached is the scan copy of it. Liitle I know that he was stressing this so that I can not buy same car from Harmony Honda as I already show intent to buy car from Courtesy Honda. I felt cheated. He didnt told me this thing. I knew that I am talking to other dealer for same car. He preferred that I buy car from him on buying Honda car. I was devastated, as I felt cheated and this takes my right to negotiate price. He tried to force me to buy Honda city car from him only. Post that I wrote couple of emails and told that guy to send me refund. But till date I have received my money back. This experience left me with no choice but to start disliking Honda cars. I stop following upcoming cars from Honda as I know I am not going to buy Honda cars in future. I dont want to dealers of Honda cars as I start getting bad feeling. I will blame more Honda management regarding my experience then dealer employee, as Honda unable to pass properly their values to Honda staff who are ind direct contact with general people. All I want now is my money and apology from dealer and that employee. And then Adios to Honda cars for ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
