My car met with an accident on 10/10/2015 at mid night when the car hit an obsticle on jaipur-ajmer highway, ground clearance being low airbags opened giving my family a great shock. On 11/10/15 at noon My car was brought to sunshine honda jaipur it took a weeks time for insurance process after all that i was told that airbags will be transported from Bangalore after five days i inquired Mr Ajay (Honda G.M.) said car will be ready by 29/10 2015. Today (29/10/15) when i called up Mr Manish(Service manager) said airbags have been received but the seat belts are not available, again i spoke to Mr Ajay he said grey colour belts are not available whereas our car has beige seat belts to which Mr. Ajay said that he will find out and get back to me but he didn't respond. I feel i'am being misguided by Mr.Ajay, Mr.Manish, Mr.Jagdish, Mr. Swadesh (all Service managers). nobody gave a satisfactory response. Things have gone beyond Limits as company like HONDA is lacking services. Was this information helpful? | |||
