Honda Cars India Ltd. — Non rectification of complaint even after three services within 15000 kilometers | |||||
I have purchased a Honda Amaze vxmt diesel car from HCL Kottayam show room of Kerala on 14.08.2015. Its second service at 5000km was on 29.09.2015 and the only reported complaint from my side was about Fog lamp. The light of it is focussed to both the sides of the vehicle, not to the road. My residence is at the High ranges of Kerala state - Idukki - and fog lamp is a must for me for driving at night. Third service of 10000km was on 06.11.2015 and same complaint was reported. As it was winter days, fog lamp was most useful for me. But it was not rectified Fourth service of 20000km was on 15.01.2016. Again my reported complaint was the same, but no response from the service wing. Its not rectified. It seems that complaint of the customer is not giving any value from your end even after repeated remainders. If it is any manufacturing defect, it is to be replaced. I have payed for the fog lamp at the time of purchase of the vehicle and I think I am having the right to get ready to use it properly. Ajimon K Varghese Was this information helpful? | |||||
