Honda Cars India Ltd. — Poor Customer Support after Sales | |||
I have booked Honda Mobilio in the name of my wife Deepa Rajesh in M/S Southern Honda, Tirunelveli. I paid the paymeny of 9L through RTGS and vehicle was registered temporarily and delivered to me on 29/04/2015. While receiving the document I was stunned to notice the mistake in the name of my wife in Insurance policy and temporary registration. Immediately I told the representatives. They told that it will be corrected within two days. Till today it is not corrected. The representatives told that the policy is already corrected. They are bluffing that the corrected policy is couriered to my address. I have not received any courier. I asked the representative to give the policy details so that I can check on line. But they are not responding. Because of this I am not able to register my vehicle. All these happened because the things were handled in a unprofessional manner at the dealer.
