[Resolved]  Honda Cars India Ltd. — Problem in New Honda City - Need Immediate Attention

We bought a Honda City four months back from Ring Road Honda in the name of Aparna Sharma. Some days back we saw a waterlogging in the floor of the front passenger seat. On today 4rth Sep we went to the workshop and found out that the AC drainage pipe is missing and there is lots of water in the carpet and the car floor We want the car to immediately be inspected for any damage or potential damage like rusting and the car floor being spoilt. The car carpet is definitely damaged and needs to be changed. Also investigate the reason of the missing pipe leading to this problem.
