Honda Cars India Ltd. — Regarding service provided by vaishali service centre patna | |||
My honda amaze car reg no-br01-cf-2992 registered in the name of my wife mrs manisha singh, met with an accident on 06/07/2015 where its front bumper and left side light got damaged which caused some scratches on the left side of the car. We deposited the car to the service centre on 09/07/2015 they committed that they will return the car on 22/07/2015 with all the required servicing done. Today when we went to collect the car we found that the bumper is not fitted 100percent well some scratches are still there, scratches on the back door is not been entertained at all . On asking the reason service centre fellow told that insurance company has not sanctioned the same, when we tried to contact the insurance comp fellow are telling that service centre has not brought the same into their notice. Being a customer we are very unhappy towards the service provided by the service centre.Even after keeping for more than 12 days we could'n get the car in the best possible shape. With the hope that my complain will be entertained at the earliest with my satisfaction i am here. Was this information helpful? | |||
