Honda Cars India Ltd. — The staff is very poor in conveying correct information causing inconvenience.

I am a sufferer of poor knowledge and lack of communication in Ace Honda staff, NOIDA. This is my fifth such experience in two years. 1. I bought Honda City in July 2013. Firstly I was conveyed that its a factory fitted CNG kit. But when I started the process, I was told that I will be billed for petrol version first and then separately for CNG kit. Moreover, from first day, my fuel meter was not working properly. I kept talking to various levels of people but no one could give satisfactory answer. 2. During my second service, they did something to my suspension and the vehicle started touching simple speed breakers on road. I kept complaining but they never agreed their fault, neither they corrected. Finally I went to local shop and got it corrected for Rs 100/-. Biggest problem is that they consider that the customer is a liar and cheat always and the staff in ACE honda is always correct. 3. I gave my car for accident repair for small dents, it took 12 days for the insurance surveyed to give his report and approval and on shouting heavily on manager Mr Malhotra, I could get my car after 18 days. 4. I again gave my car for accident repair for minor dent near door and after keeping my car for 4 days, I was conveyed that after insurance renewal no claim can be taken in first month. Neither service advisor nor the team leader knew this rule when I handed over my car to them. So Finally I got it repaired outside. 5. I car remote key was broken yesterday. I called up to Honda Helpline, they told me that they will send e mail, which I never received, on two further reminder and same reply that I will receive e mail for the same, I did not get any info. Finally I called up today morning again to Ace Honda directly, they asked me to come with broken key and original registry. I went their and then I got a list of formalities to be completed. The staff was rude and conveyed me that they can't tell us the requirements on telephone. Is this the answer we expect?
