Honda Cars India Ltd. — They couldn't able to provide the solution on the avn from last four months

I have a honda city vx(O) top end model and finding lot of issues in the navigation. Unfortunately nobody is having idea and passing the ball to someone from last 4 months in our service center bengaluru. I don’t want to do any r&d in the cars.

I would like to know the sla for the issues reported to the customer care. Ticket no 1-[protected]. I am waiting for the solution from last one month and no body turned back.

Still waiting for the response. will see but wont stop till the solution or refund for the defective spare that to from Honda Cars. its a shame.
