To Whom This May Concern, On Saturday 3rd Oct 2015, I went to Honda Al-Futtaim dealership at Cairo Festival City to have my motorcycle's first 1, 000 KM service, since it's a brand new. While the maintenance of the motorcycle has nearly finished, the mechanic man decided to test drive the bike. On his way he fell with it and damaged the body and parts of the engine as per my knowledge. I believe that this motorcycle has lost more than half of it's resale value.
