[Resolved] Honda Motorcycles — Mishandling of vehicle during service | |||
Yesterday i got my Honda Unicorn bike serviced from JKM Leela Honda dealership in ghaziabad. When i got the bike bak the rear view mirror was broken & on asking the person told that it was broken before handking over the bike to service. On asking for clarification with pressure he cheked the papers & found that it was broken during service only. I complainted to Mr. Vipin - Service Manager but his casual asnwer was during shifting it may have broken so it's not a big deal. When i asked fro replacement i was told that it is not available in stock & come next month. When i approached the Showroom manager he also very casually responded to me that come nex month. Earlier also they have broken bikes handle lock & told me that it would not be replaced as it's an accessory & was broken befoe sevice. I had heated arguments on the same with them with no results. I have also compleinted to Honda but no response till not. Is this the way japanese are maintaining their service & also the dealership manpower is not at all supportive. If my case is not responded int ime than iam going to take legal action on them so that no other customer can suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||
