Honda — Suspect fraudulent swapping of car parts at pinnacle honda kolkata | |||
With grave concern, I would like to bring to notice that my car, Honda Brio Hatchback was sent for paid up servicing at PINNACLE HONDA SERVICE CENTRE near Ruby, Kolkata on 19th of April in a perfect condition which was also checked by the concerned people there. But after the servicing got over and the car was brought home we could detect the back seat of the car was totally dislodged from its place which was raised immediately to the concerned center which then sent a technician to our home. He on scrutiny confirmed our worst fears that indeed our new seat was swapped with some defective parts from other cars during the servicing process. The service center people are not cooperative and we suspect fraudulent swapping of parts there Was this information helpful? | |||
