sir, on 22/11/2014 i purchased a honda activa - i at orange pvt.ltd towlichowki, hyderabad. while delvering vehclie they given due slip of honda activa-i manual book due to shortage from company. till date book not received. i have to for first service. my residency far distance to purchased show room about 50km. regularly monitoring for manual book they unable to say perfect date. few days bacl i lodged a complaint. due that show room people saying you cannot get short time, you have to wait more than 10 days. you want to attend service. you must have to come our show room only due to non availability of manual book. pl.rectify the problem immediately and avoid the inconvenience and preotect the brand name. with regards sampurna
