Honda Two Wheelers — Registration Number of Bike

I have purchased a activa 110 on December 17, 2014. But i didn't got my registration number. I'm continuously rideing my scooters without registration number. I have called several times to company's representative. Over the last few weeks they told me, "it will come within next 7 days". Is that the way to company provide services to the customer. i am literally fed up with company's services and the poor quality of servicing is bang on.
