Honor — Product - Service Centre/Dealer not entertaining | |||||
I have Purchased my mobile “Honor Holly 2 Plus” from WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd on 18/04/2016 vide invoice no. # DEL[protected]. On 4th of September I found my mobile's audio is not working, I have submitted my mobile for repairing at Honour’s Authorized service centre in bhavnagar at Alix system on 5th of september 2016. due to system erro the job sheet was not being process at that time so, The customer care executive accepted mobile for repairing vide receipt no. 192. and promissed me that job sheet would prepare next day.The customer care executive also informed me you would get your device within 7-10 working days. After 10days I have started following up for my mobile at Bhavnagar service center but every executive was giving me different reasons instead to repair and return back the mobile. The Job sheet made on 28th sep 2016 vide Job sheet no. HU[protected] and Recept No. BAH/HU/16/00021. Many time I have visited Bhavnagar Service center but the customer care executive never provide me the status of my mobile. every time he has been excusing by not received from company. I also complaint at honor support via E-mail and toll free number but there is no proper reply from them. almost two months left but still I have not received my mobile from service center. Very poor approach of company as well as service center. I have wasted too much time for following up, and personally visits. Still as on today’s date I have not received it back. I kindly request you to please take this matter on priority and find the company for poor service and mental harassment to customer. Very poor support of customer care as well as company. I fully setisfied that time but now i have a problem in display my phone has not fallan and not other damage problem but my display have dot on right side
