Hostgator.in — Hosting package cancelled

I was renewing hosting for 3 month but i tried to change my plan to renew for another duration, then it was asking to cancel your pending order first to changes. And there was some popup MSG come to cancel and i have cancelled the hosting package. I am Not able to generate backup of my website, I have given lots of time on my site to build content etc. Because of this stupid company don't have any backup .
