Hostgator.in — Hosting Server Frequently Remains Down

What a piece of this Indian Hostgator company is. I have purchased 3 year shared hosting from them few months back and since then, it goes down very frequently. And the problem multiplies when nobody answer my numerous calls from any support executive. And even if they pick one, they only have one thing to say "Sir, yeah our servers are facing network issues currently and will be resolved soon" I have a website hosted where I sell govt lottery tickets and last few days were very important the lottery draw was on 28jan, 2015 that is today itself. So, I hoped to get lot of traffic and customers due to result. But I got Zero traffic in last three days as my server went down and support failed to respond to my queries and left me stranded. I brought my website on 1st page with my seo efforts but google now dropping my website to lower pages due to server being offline frequently. So, I highly recommend not to buy this trash hosting as they are just looting us by giving mouth watering offers. Stay away from them. WORST HOSTING & SUPPORT SERVICE EVER. Bunch of ! nothing else.
