[Resolved] Sixth Star Technologies — Poor Service

Had taken a Unlimited Package from Sixth Star Technologies on receiving a call stating that one time promo offer wherein UNLIMITED Hosting will be provided on Linux Servers for Unlimited Domains.

Customer Support is Useless passing the buck from one department to another even while we did most of the work for setting up on our own.

When we raised a ticket and got a call back the representative was VERY RUDE and not even willing to understand the problem.

Every now and then the mail server is down and no proper response is there.

My company has about 8 Domains and had taken Package from Hostindia.NET and earlier resellerclub both of them provided excellent service though a bit costly.

If a companies like Sixth Star Technologies to act in such a way to save cost then we surely can see where the company is headed to and I will NEVER RECOMMEND anybody to take a package from Sixth Star Technologies.

SixthStar Technologies Customer Care's response We do not have unlimited packages with us and we never and ever provided unlimited packages to any of our customers. By the way what is your company name?, so that we will check whether your company name is there in our DB or not. Moreover, being in a service industry, our support team cannot be rude with any customers, if its like that we cannot survey in this industries for more than 8 years. GOOD SERVICE

I am existing customer for sixth star technologies for past one year. They are offered various type of hosting servers.

I have taken dedicated VPS server. I have no issues to this company, they are provide a better service for me from time to time.

Recently i have my service with the Sixth Star Technologies and the service given by them is really an awesome and they gave me the many packages with the good price that is i have preffered and i thinks that price to choose it before.

The support also very good in Sixth Star Technologies and any time they used to SUPPORT for all our queries .

Even though we had any problem or issue that we get they used to HELP for us at anytime and their responses also good and giving the VALUABLE response for the mistake that happen.

First i thought for having the service with them and my collegues were tell about their service that they were doing and i had a BEST time to speak with them and the business also going good .

And i had a nice time when i am taking a service with Sixth Star Technologies thanks once again for the BEST SUPPORT and VERY GOOD SERVICE.
