[Resolved]  Website Solutions India — Payment made but not developing website

Today also i called to Mr.avtaar singh, he didnt pick up my call several times, then i call on website solution office and i had a talk with them and same thing he says today that i will call you back but till now i didnt received any call from website solutions india.


I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

NO RESPONSE TILL NOW FROM WEBSITE SOLUTIONS INDIA.

I have well received refund in my account as Mr.avtar singh did this mistake and company representive refund my money.

please delete this complaint.

You are not only one who has been cheated by this company. They are fraud and they have cheated many persons. In Delhi I know 3 person with them they have done the same thing whole of their staff is liar and cheater. I have also a filed a complaint in consumer forum against them...

I am running a company name Meritorious Relocation Services. I had hired Website Solutions India to promote my website on Google they asked for Rs.20000/- in which they will keep my website on first page at top 3 ranking for one month from 10 Am to 9 PM but after giving part payment i.e.Rs.12000/- first of all the took a lot of time to active my ad and after many follow up they started but adv. did not run more the 2-3 days that to not more than 1-2 hours in a day. I followed them and make thousand of call to them but no result from their side. finally i asked them to return my amount, they told that they will deduct Rs.5000/- I agreed for this but it has around 1.5 month but every time they just tell that they have send it through courier but till date i have not received my amount. now they do not even pick my call. Now I want my full amount Rs.12000/- and the compensation for mentally harassment and loss to my business due to not activation of advertisement on Google. I have their written mail where they have cleared all the terms and conditions.

If ;any body is already looted by them than plz call we will file a case in consumer court against them I have all the evidence their mail, msgs, audio clip over phone.
