Hotel Saravana Bhavan — Insult hurled at me!

I am a regular diner at Saravana Bhavan hotels be at Chennai or Kanchipuram alone, with family, with friends, with official visitors regularly for treats also. I usually dine in the AC room only. The bill amount would normally between Rs.500 to even Rs.3000/-. I went to Saravana Bhavan Gandhi Road Branch this[protected] morning around 9 am. I was clad in high quality T Shirt, Track Pant and sports shoes. I had over 5000 in my wallet as usual this morning at the time of visiting that hotel. I got seated in the table near the wash basin just between wash area and cash counter. Seated in the left corner seat near passages. I did not feel like going into AC room as it was morning. After few minutes the server approached me for orders. The conversations were in Tamil. I ordered special rava. He said no available but suggested Dry Fruit Rava. I agreed. Asked him to bring it. I never asked for menu as I knew what would be the rate of such a dosa. After some time one Mr.R****n(may be order taker) came by my side. He leaned by my side, I thought he came to confirm orders. I told him I already ordered Dry Fruit Rawa. He did not listen and showed me the menu, said in a husky voice. "The rate is Rs135/- . Do you have it?". I have never never never had such a bad experience in my life - in my visit to hotels. I felt thoroughly harassed, insulted before the hall full of diners. I shouted at that, showed him the purse. I felt very very very very angry. Another supervisor approached to find out what was happening ? He just asked R****n"why did you mention amount?" I checked in the office room. There was nobody to lodge complaint. R****nstarted apologizing but I felt insulted beyond that I scolded that person and left the scene. I went to take my scooter - R****ncame running outside - pleaded guilty - I was not convinced. He would have seen me many times in that branch and should have behaved politely. I had ordered for 1 masala dosai, 2 sets of idlis. 3pcs each vide bill number 24827 Dt: 28.05.2017 billed at 20:44:59. As when I reached home I found that there was only one pack of idlis (3pcs). I could not find any contact number to make a complaint. Will you authorities look forward into this issue please.
