[Resolved]  Mvl — Refund of money deposited in flora project of mvl at Bhiwadi

sir,

I deposited a sum of Rs 222000/ (Rs two lac twenty two thousand only ) vide cheque no 824047 issued on Punjab National Bank Rajendra place New Delhi for a three bed room flat in flroa project of your company which was paid on[protected].the project was to be completed within year but more than 6 years have been passed but there is no progress .The company gave a wide publicity and lucrative in the media assuring early completion / possession to the applicants.on their assurances I applied in the flora project only and did not apply in other projects due to which I remained without home.
Latter on on site visit it was found that there is activity and company pressed to apply in their other project.So I apply for refund and sent numerous emails and letters but all in vain.
I there for humbly request you please take up with the company and arrange to return my money with interest @24% immediately .
