The said TV Cabinet was bought no 31st August 2015 and delivered on 8th September 2015 with faulty parts. Since then I have been asking them to send the right parts or take the item back. But after so many assurances and promised nothing has been done yet and the matter has not been resolved till date. Below i send you a copy of my first mailed complaint. nthony Dsouza Sep 15 to Jagruti Hi, This has reference to the order # 80156. I am happy to let you know that the Tv cabinet has been assembled but without the drawers. The drawer channels it seem have been wrongly sent. The representative who had come to assemble the same has spoken to the person concerned in your office. I am given to understand by him that the right part will be sent to me.
