House Joy — Repairing problem,

Dear sir/madam, i had send my mobile and laptop to this company for repairing, they haven't repair properly and they created more problem in my mobile and laptop. they changed few parts of my mobile to duplicate parts as well. and when i ask why, they said it got damaged in repairing, but the thing is they change to duplicate parts. they took 4 months to sort out but still they haven't solved fully. so please can you do something for me. thanks UVESH MOMIN
