I use to stay in valsaravakkam, choudary nagar, 12 th street, plot no 220. The house owners had cut 9000 rs extra from my advance money as extra when we are vacating . They are telling some fault reasons for that. and they charged electricity bill as rs 5 per unit every month which is the 5 times the govt charges. please do take action on them.
