[Resolved] Housefull — Order not assembled, poor service during delivery and request for exchange | |
We have been waiting to get our product assembled the last few days with order number 55894. HDC no 9950/2014/2335 No response till date even when we asked for a product exchange. Highly disappointing and i need to mention the delay of over 3 weeks to get the items delivered and in parts!
We have sent a number of mails for an exchange and so far we have not received any mails for the bank details and procedure for the exchange despite constant follow up with your team. We are highly disappointed with the response and so far we have not received any acknowledgement on these mails as well.
The least you could do is to acknowledge the receipt of this mail and let us know if you plan to exchange it or do the installation Was this information helpful? | |
