I had placed order for a housefull wooden dinning table set from snapdeal.com on 2nd of March. I received the product, but in only 5 months the table is breaking. I had booked a shoerack online from their site on 07 Jul 15, which was decribed as made of compressed wood. The product delivery dtae was 19 Jul 15. On 11 Jul 15, i happended to visit their store. I was shocked to see that the shoerack had cheap plastic grills on door, rear side was some cheap cardboard kind of stuff and the whole thing was held together with staples.It was not all as per the product material as given on their website. I tried my best with the company to cancel my order as the product was not even dispatched, however they did not agree. Then I requested them to give me different product for which I was ready to pay the difference. This also was declined by them. One Ms Jagruti looks after such issues in housefull, however the lady did not even have the courtesy to respond to repeated calls.
