Housejoy.in — Cancellation of home deep clean service schedule

I had booked Home cleaning service on 15th Oct ( Booking no.[protected]. A bunch of teenage boys turned up with no supervisor to advise them what and how the job is to be done. They have unable to clean my floor, left some incomplete tasks like 1 window cleaning, bathroom door, switch board cleaning, etc.

when I contacted the person who booked my order Mr Dyaneshwar Wadekar Mob no: [protected], he promised to send the cleaning staff by 18th Oct. Finally thy came on the 20th Oct and the same lot of boys were sent with no cleaning equipments. My husband sent them back stating to come back well equiped.

No one has turned up or called up till date. In fact I called Dyaneshwar and his sub-contractor Sharad to refund my amount as the work is incomplete.

Today when i spoke to housejoy customer services (Siddu), I was told I should have complained immediately and now there is not much that they can do though the backend team will call to gather more details.

This company is a total fraud and only known for cheating people. I too demand stern action and compensation for my time and efforts

I had booked bed bugs treatment for which service was done on 24/10/2016 and repeat service would be done again after 15 days said by your servicemen.
