Housejoy.in — Computer repair - bad customer service and untrained pupils | |||||
I had booked for computer repair(touch screena and wifi not working) through housejoy. They picked up my laptop on time without any delay. No problems till then. Executive gave me some technicians number to contact and left Even after 4 days i did not hear from them. I called the technician guy he told me he will check and call me back later after 2 days(after several messages) he called back stating that the damaged part is not available. He told me to fix the wifi issue he wanted to format all the drives i got mad immediately since the guy was not speaking any logic and also he was rude to me. I had told him i was sure wifi card is not working coz i had already got it checked once he had to just replace it. Instead he started telling he has protocols and he has to format without that he will not check hardware issues I dont know who is that guy. I doubt if he is a real technician or some foolish trainee/starter who saw computers only that day. I am not a pro in computers but i am pretty much aware how things work who bludy formats the system without taking backup to fix wifi driver issue(even if it was software related problem) I asked him return the laptop coz i did not want to risk it with an unskilled person. finally i got the laptop back after so many followup calls and messages. It took them 8 days to return. The shocker is they also charged me Rs.350 in return stating it is a minimum charge. The pickup executive was also very much untrained and ill mannered. when i argued about paying the money since they had not fixed any thing also for such bad customer service, the technician started giving me gyan telling 350 is such small amount, also passed some humiliating statements. i do not want any one else falling prey for thier colorful advertisements and offers. They have lot of hidden costs. Also they charge more than any other service center. Was this information helpful? | |||||

No proper response my work was done just 2weeks ago, suddenly yesterday when I switched on the fan it started to catch fire and main got tripped. This is what ur service is up to it need immediate action if not iam going to consumers court.
