Hp — 802 small printer cartridges

Hp claims that this cartridge can be used for printing many pages. But, i have been buying this cartridges 4 to 5 times in the last one year as it finishes after taking printouts of max 20 pages. latest, i brought through online hp store and took photocopy of 18 pages only, and the black ink is empty. who will pay 500 rupees for 20 pages???This has caused both mental stress and economical hassle to me.

I have been asked to go to service centre for this by Hp Customer Support...
