[Resolved]  Hp — Damaged parts (hard disk+screen panel+keyboard) need to be replaced

As an owner of multiple HP products over the years, I feel very let down by the quality of the HP products, support & customer service. I am getting the feeling that making a quick profit is more important to the company than producing a quality product & standing behind that product. Shame on you HP. This is very disappointing!

It is because of your service centre ignorance my laptop got damage and now your company should replace all the parts which got damaged by your service centre .for last two services they did not checked the hard disk issue and replace replaced the two part and because of not supportive parts replaced by your service centre my laptop got serious damage at present .and it is totally unacceptable .

HP had a chance to regain my respect for the product support but fell flat.

So, in the trash it goes and I will never purchase or recommend another HP Laptop / Notebook for myself nor business use again.

Ampther thing I would Like to share that the quality of parts which you had replaced last two visit was completely duplicate items because within a 1 and half year o[censored]sing my your parts gets again got faulty. My Laptop screen having a same problem of vertical lines occurred and keyboards is also not working at all.

Just for your information these two parts was replaced by your service centre then it got faulty again. This is totally unacceptable that within a span of 1 and half year it got faulty again. It is very sad to say that your quality of product parts is completely non standard .My friends is using Sony and dell product and they have no such issue since last 5 years and your product is got faulty with in 1 year and after got replaced it is again got faulty.

You all are already denied my extended warranty request and So would request you to replace all faulty parts which you had replaced last time (Screen panel +keyboard).

So would request you to please look into the matter and take a action against both the cases (parts replaced ) and below email that I had sent to you as well

Hi All,

After your service centre had damaged my laptop and now you are expecting to pay the charges by customer how ridiculous you are talking about.

Read my email carefully and then reply else just keep your service with you .I had already registered a complaint in consumer affairs against HP for replaced the duplicate parts in their service.

These days HP are fooling their customers by making duplicate product and used product and supply in whole world. Shame on you HP.

Note : Nearly 90% of the HP spare parts market is unorganized and Mumbai is said to be the source for Chinese spare parts in the country. This situation came to notice when the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) conducted a three-day raid in HP warehouses throughout the country in September 2008. During these raids, it was disclosed that HP was importing parts under warranty repairs from Singapore to save duty tax, and were further selling them to repair vendor companies.

Shame on you and your HP management team .

You all are here only for harassing customer instead of customer satisfaction.

It was my biggest mistaken to faith on HP and purchased your two HP laptop.
