Hi, I have purchase HP Pavilion laptop in Student Offerin 26/08/2013 and my model is HP Pavilion 15-E015TX Seriol number is 5CD3262FZX Product Number is E3B55PA#ACJ complete my online registration on 20/09/2013 and i am submit the total documents for Extend Warranty. However basis the claim document processing till 22nd September 2013, your documents are yet be received. And Documents also submitted on 27/09/2013. Still my extend offer & 2000/- gift voucher is on REJECTED (Dear Customer we would like to inform you that your claim stands rejected due to non submission of required documents within stipulated time period ) But i was submit my all documents
