[Resolved] Hp — Faulty cartridge ink advantage 678 black & tri-color for hp ink advantage printer 3545 | |||||
Dear Sir, I bought two cartridge "Inkjet Supplies" product number CZ107AA and CZ108AA. At the time I bought that product, they were seal packed with hologram, we started using them but after few prints ( approx 8-10 prints) they got empty. I was not aware that HP supplied empty cartridge in a seal packed box. Now the related person is denying to replace those faulty products. Their response is breaking my trust in HP.
