I am vasu I have Purchased a HP lAPTOP Model no Pavilion 15-n003tx on DIWALI UTSAV OFFER I was assured that on Diwali offer HP is providing Extended Warranty, Free Anti Virus and 4000 rupees worth coupons to buy online HP Products.My Redemption Code is 6740325. The claim was approved on november 2013. But, till date I have still not received any of the above offer. There is no customer support only via mail and there is no reply auto generated message pops up. This gives negative impression towards the company and further the customer will not be interested to buying HP products in future. kindly provide some customer support.
