Hp Gas — Change address of HP Gas connection

This is T Rama holding HP gas connection with ID 501134.

I have been using HP gas since long time but this time I would like to change my address and request to send gas cylinder to the below mentioned address.

I would like to change my address to H:NO:1-12-114, Near Hanuman Vyamshala, opposite to Siddidatri temple, Kadakpura, New Bowenpally, Secunderabad Pin:500011. Yo

Could you suggest with it.
