[Resolved] Hp Gas — Delivery o[censored]nderweight cylinders and delayed in the gas delivery

I am a customer of Hp LPG Gas and my Gas Agency is Jai Ambet Gas Seva (Sahibabad) and the Consumer Number is 619442. My complaint is about the delivery o[censored]nderweight cylinders and all the time the delivery man comes with a cylinder which not contains a proper gas amount of 14 kg. I also complain on web portal of HP (complain no.[protected]and my father receive the call and they are not aware about the issue that why they ask to call back, and when i called that number that person said that what you think if you raised a complaint of the Hp Portal and said that whatever is your complaint, finally you received the cylinder or not. This type of language that person used on the call. So please help me in this concern.

Updated by Jitender Singh87 And this time when i booked the gas cylinder my request was cancelled. I booked on 28 Jan and the order no. was 590971 and the ref. no. was [protected]. The Agency creating so much issues please help us.
