Hp Gas — Regarding payment of subsidy.

I have a HP Gas Consumer No.415035 with Kang Gas Agency in Chandigarh and getting subsidized gas supply as per my requirement. For the last few months the Gas Delivery is coming to my house, every month, with the invoice in my name without my phonetic request. I refused to take such deliveries, to which I didn't apply, because of the fact that my earlier cylinder was not empty. When I enquired from the Local Agency Office about this, they told me that I need not to worry about the number of annual subsidized cylinders allotted to me.
On last two occasions i.e. on 29.02.2016 and 16.03.2016 the subsidy of Rs.166.45 and 104.77 respectively, has been credited to my account. I want to bring to your notice that on these above two occasions also the gas delivery came to my house without my phonetic request and I refused to take the delivery.
