[Resolved] Hp — HP Pavilion 15-e009tu Notebook PC Complaint | |||
I have HP Pavilion 15-e009tu Notebook PC Serial Number: 5CD3283W6X Product Number: E3B73PA I am trying to update drivers and software's using HP Support Assistant. I downloaded and installed some o[censored]pdates listed there. Then I was given a notification by "HP Support Assistant" giving message "A restart is required to complete the installation o[censored]pdates." I clicked on restart now button in the notification. It restarted laptop but when it started, it gives me again the same notification by "HP Support Assistance". I tried to close it and open "HP Support Assistant" but result is same notification. Therefore I am unable to update drivers and software's. I am hoping about immediate assistance by experts. Aniruddha Patil A/P Jejuri, Oppo HERO Showroom, Morgaon road, Jejuri.
