hello hp service, I want to inform you that your hp company is sucks now. I hate hp service, I have my laptop use 5 months, but every time it has some problem, Every time I need to call your technician to repair it again and again. It gets hang every time, your service providers are give temporary solution and laptop problem is going on. you are the worst dealers of laptop ever hp. My bad luck is I have purchase your company laptop. I have suggest my all guys to don't purchase your laptop and other accessorize.
