I had bought a printer from a electronic shop in kolkata 2 years ago, so i am no longer covered under warranty. My printer have stopped working just after my warranty period is over. For the last 8 months, i am trying to contact the customer care but no one replied, even the hp buyback programme i tried to exchange but the shop details they gave me is wrong, even the service center number they gave me is wrong, i have been carrying the printe...

My laptop model no 15-aco26TX have display problem and screen has become pink colour and lining inon screen my laptop is in warranty. this laptop has become off and not ready to open when power is on.my laptop screen has become pink and having so many strips on it...

I purchased a laptop from amazon india when i opened my product, in keyboard one of a arrow key (Down arrow) is damaged it got remove when you press that key because it was not damaged, i found that key in my laptop box because it is not placing on its original place
I yesterday my laptop yesterday - 13/08/2016
I only want that they replace only that key that is damaged but they are saying that they will not, please help me...

My laptop having keyboard problem and after that my laptop is not correctly working in between I complained to go customer care one of the engineering came out at that moment.
When the engineer came after opened my laptop he told my hinge is defected. That's why he used mustard oil he ordered hinge and keyboard and then he went. After some day when I do next complain he came and take my laptop but my laptop not getting on he taken...

I have been facing issues with my display and has been replaced 5 times, then i faced issue with card reader, which led to replace my motherboard. After the replacement of motherboard, the NVIDIA graphic card won't detect on my laptop.
After opening my laptop numb of times, it has been physically worn out. I have HP 15-r202tx.

I purchased a laptop from hp on 29 july 2016. It was coming with many offers which were to be sent by 1 aug 2016. All the offers among which were to be sent by email were sent but the remaining which were to be sent by courier are not sent yet....

I bought my HP Pavilion P077tx laptop in September 2014, I have been facing issues with it since them, i also notified Hp about it them and my complained was cleared only after 6 months delay when i mailed them about moving Legally.

I've bought a printer hp "4535 series" two three days earlier, I was unable to install the printer setup, So i called on customer care number and ask for help (to send a guy in my place and hepl me out) they said that you will recieved a call from technician department and then i ve recieved a call and a guy said me that he will visit today but no one came at my place to install my printer setup, now you tell me thats what service u are provide...

I purchased a HP pendrive named: HP x705w USB 3.0.
It has stopped detecting at my laptop and other devices,
it is under warranty. when I tried to register it on their website to avail help there database doesn't mention the pendrive and shows some other pendrive with the name 702-w

I mean what is this kind of service you are providing, you are a big reputed company and you are doing...

My issue was not resolved.

This is to inform u that my laptop model, 15 AC 092 TU, it is under warranty period, I bought it in sep., 2015, last few days it start giving problem in battery charging
I complaint regarding it to Mumbai HP customer care because I reside in Mumbai
one fellow from service center visit me and repair it
after 2, days it again started giving the same problem,
I don't know why there is battery discharging...

We have purchased a printer of the above-specified category for office use. yesterday there was a problem at the the top part of it and the printer is unable to be opened properly. The Printer was purchased on 18.06.2016 and the same same is well within the warranty period.

Sir i m call and complain so many time in hp care but they did not proving a solution for problem. I did registered first complain on 12/7/16 at hp care they send me service centre number and case id : 50001825 for my "hp desktop all in one" pc. We are so many time in rajouri service center jibil service center but they did not pick my phone & and also no reply from him.
After 11 days they send a engineer...

In extended warranty, been 2 years almost, i keep my laptop as new as possible, it still looks new from outside, but, for a month or two, its battery showed decrease in backup though i always complete its cycle every time.
Its screen corner has a black shadow.

It is still in onsite warranty, and i contacted their customer service but they have been ignoring me for a week. I keep losing my cool day by day. I want this...

Hp laptop was purchased from setia infotech chandigarh on 14jul.16. Within 20 hours of purchase it stopped working. Defect informed to setia infotech. The owner & his son misbehaved on the phone to the maximum, shouted too much. Laptop lying with them for repairs. They are sitting on my money since 14jul. Complaint reported to hp also. I want my money back immediately....
