I purchased a laptop of hp from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd from your vashi satara plaza branch which was giving problem initially there was a lining on the screen which was coming. I took the laptop to your store and showed them the same and made a complaint with hp as well.

There was a offer of extended warranty and antivirus protection under back to school offer which was supposed to be taken within 7 days of purchase.br...

Have communicated multiple times about my printer issue which has not been fixed yet. Now your people not lifting the calls. I have purchased priner hpnw126 its a damaged piece. Techincal person visited confirmed printer to be repalced. But from there no proper response from your team to give a letter to repace. There is no use of purchasing printer in shop. First of all the address of the service center is wrong on hp website and in google maps so it was difficult to reach.
Now the main problem with the service center. I visited for my hp 3635 printer (Out of warranty) they don't even pick call, even they reject calls. When i reached their no one was in the office.
