[Resolved]  HP India — Cheated by HP Service Center

I am writing this to express my anguish and helplessness caused due to the being subjected to misbehavior and horrible quality of service provided by Tritech Enterprises, Civil Lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India is registered as an authorized HP service center. I bought a HP Pavilion DV8 laptop 3 years back. Around some time back, I started having troubles with my display. The LCD of my laptop did not respond and all I could see was a black screen. To circumvent the problem, I bought an extended monitor, and started using the laptop as a desktop. It was all working perfectly. This winter (December) I decided to get my laptop fixed once and all. I gave my laptop to Tritech Enterprises for repair. They returned my laptop after a couple of days claiming to have fixed it. I brought back the laptop after paying them the service fee, but as soon as I reached home, the laptop refused to even start. I went back to the service center and submitted the laptop again. The technician at Tritech Enterprises (named Navin) kept my laptop for around a month and when I finally went to get news of the repair; I am told that the Nvidia Video Card Chip has been accidentally damaged during their service and as a result the laptop will not work. The people at Tritech Enterprises blatantly refuse to take responsibility for damaging the motherboard and refuse to repair/pay me for the losses I have incurred because of their ignorance and disastrous service. I beg you to take notice and help me on this issue. I have been a loyal HP consumer and have never been in such a helpless position since the beginning of my journey with HP.
