[Resolved]  HP India — Complaint of 15ay007tx Laptop

I am employee of BCCL. I bought your product HP 15ay007tx vide serial no.CND6193WDN and part no.W6T44PA on dt.15.07.2016 under 3 year onsite warranty. I receive my product on dt.18.07.2016. On 21.07.2016 I contacted with HP support for some issue under case ID.[protected].Again contacted vide ID.[protected] dt.23.07.2016/26.07.2016/28.07.2016/29.07.2016/01.08.2016/05.08.2016/06.08.2016 with different issues but that was not resolved and got email from side on dt.08.08.2016 i.e case is closed by HP automatically. Again contacted under case ID.[protected] dt.25.08.2016/26.08.2016/29.08.2016/30.08.2016 but issue was not resolved.
Issue was Display Problem/overheating problem/graphic issue/USB issue.

Whenever I talked to support team they provide me some driver and links but I was not able to resolve my isues. I requested them to please send your person under onsite warranty to setup my Laptop to work. but they every time refused. They committed to call back on given time by me but not done on that subsequent time. They called before the time which is given by me when I was not able with Laptop. Either I was on Driving or At my office.

On dt.03.09.2016/10.10.2016/19.10.2016 (case ID. [protected]) I again contact but same words told by them. I am fedup with HP.

Why you sell your product under onsite warranty if you can't provide service.

Kindly resolve my Issue at onsite. I have no internet connection and no time on working day's. I invest for comfirt my working but I am in tenssion till I bought HP product.

I sent complaint mail to HP consumer cell but they did not give any response. HP not intract with their customers after sell its products.

Dont take extended warrenty bcoz HP dont give servece in actual warrenty so how can it provided service in extended warrenty. Its only money making trick.
