• bought "hp notebook 15 - ac 122tu all" bought from 'egapow it solutions, thalassery, kerala - 670101.
• battery draining issue started within 7 days.
• display, keyboard, mousepad and hanging issues happened within 1 month.
• dealer sold out the product after 4 months from billed date.
• hp replacement period expired before purchase date.
• dealer misleaded the customer giving wrong information.
