I Miss. Sneha Tiwari, had a bought a laptop from HP company on 15-August-2013. I started facing some issues with the laptop keyboard in mid of july-2014. Being under warranty had given the keyboard for replacement for service in their service centre. The company promised to return in two to three days but took almost 10 -12 days and gave a replace. The keyboard started to work fine but after 10 days it started again giving the same issue with the keyboard. I called up their tech-support and performed all the procedure and their supervisor concluded that the keyboard has to be replaced. But its been almost 3 weeks their technician did not turn up. After several calls again and again their technician call me on 1-0september-2014 saying he has come for replacement. i given him my address but he is not able to tract and does not revert back to my house. After calling their technician 10 times he reverts back with the call saying he would come later in evening but he did not turn up. I called the support site of HP again for two days they provide me with the number of their service delivery officer "Miss. Parvati". When i call her back she is not to be found. Now its been almost a month and im with a faulty keyboard. I feel like been cheated and taken for granted by the HP company. So i request the consumer forum to look in to these issue and take the right full action.
