Desktop computers are not booting. Some issues are there related to hardware. Since these computers are in warranty we can’t repair theme by our local vendor. The problem of booting is noticed in three desktop computer of hp. The complaint is registered previously also, but there is no support from hp. According to our local vendor these issues are may be due to accumulation of dust on ram. Immediate support from hp is needed. As the systems are not working, it is hampering our work badly.
In one system temporary profiles are getting created and data or whatever work is being done in that profile is temporary. As system re-starts or reboot all data is gone and need to create a new profile again.
It’s our last request or complaint to hp if after this e-mail our issues are not resolved our organization “geological survey of india” will initiate legal proceedings against your company.
