bought hp notebook 15ay19tu from a authoritative dealer on[protected], on diwali season .hp company offer me a gift pack on purchase for this offer i pay 1698 rs threw online payment & submit require documents after that company approval my claim and mention date[protected] for dispatch gifts but there mentioned date gone but i not received my assessries .
i am still waiting for my claim gifts...
please solve my problem and take action to deliver my offer gifts
