[Resolved]  HP India — False excuses on not approving my Accidental damage (ADP)

The LCD of my Hp G6 notebook was broken internally due to accidental falling of my laptop. As it was still in the one year ADP, I called for On site protection. The person came and wrote a report of what had happened. After some days I got reply that the ADP was not approved because it was not an accident & I had done it deliberately. I asked them what was there definition of Accident, to which they replied : a road accident or a fire in your house. How the hell was I going to damage the LCD of my laptop deliberately and that to internally. All the excess money i paid for the extended warranty are a waste now. I want some justice.
